Why Choose the Elyse King Storage Bed?
The Elyse is a practical choice for a bedroom that needs extra bedding storage and a decorative upholstered centrepiece. Q: How much storage space does the Elyse King Bed offer?
A: The under-bed storage compartment measures W168 × L180 × H20 cm. It provides a spacious place to store folded clothing, pillows, sheets and spare bedding, helping you keep your bedroom tidy and organised.
Q: Can I lift the mattress with the bed base, and what should I be aware of?
A: Yes. Two gas lift struts assist in raising the slatted base together with the mattress. The mattress must weigh less than 80 kg. If your mattress weighs 80 kg or more, do not operate the lift with it in place. Please contact us for advice on mattress compatibility. Keep hands clear of the hinges and moving parts when opening or closing the bed.
Q: How high will the bed be with my mattress?
A: The top of the mattress support slats sits 25 cm above the floor. Add the thickness of your mattress to estimate the finished bed height. For example, a 30 cm thick mattress gives an overall height of approximately 55 cm from the floor to the top of the mattress.
